How to Clean the Titanium Rod Filter Scientifically?

Titanium rod filter core is the most core component for filtration products, it plays a vital role in the entire filtration product, so how to clean titanium rod filter core safely, effectively and hygienically? The following 4 methods are the most common:
1. Pickling: soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours at a temperature of 40 degrees. Best in ultrasonic cleaners. After soaking, use filtered deionized water or water for injection to flush to neutrality, and measure the conductivity. Dry with pure air ≥0.4Mpa pressure.
2. Alkaline washing: Soak in 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytical solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees. Best in ultrasonic cleaners. After soaking, use filtered deionized water or water for injection to flush to neutrality, and measure the conductivity. Dry with pure air ≥0.4Mpa pressure.
Note: The above two methods can be used alone, or they can be used in combination with each other. If conditions permit, it can be combined with an ultrasonic cleaner for best results.
3. Organic matter pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, cell debris pollution system combined with enzyme cleaning effect is more ideal.
4. Frequent online backflushing, (online cleaning with pure compressed air or filtered stock solution or clean water backflushing) can reduce the number of cleanings by the above method.
