The jaws of the sliding wire are not allowed to be used. When changing the square tool holder, the distance between the chuck, the workpiece and the knife should be paid attention to. It is forbidden to let go of work, measuring tools or other objects on the head of the bed, the small knife holder, the bed surface and the slide surface.
• 5. For china cnc machining slender workpieces, there must be a thimble and a follower holder, and the protruding part of the front of the head must not exceed 20 times the diameter of the workpiece. There must be a bracket when the rear of the head is extended by 300mm, and it is necessary to install a protective railing.
• 6. When adjusting the speed of the machine, clamping the workpiece, cutting tool, and wiping the machine, stop the machine. It is forbidden to leap across the rotating part of the machine tool, pass and take tools, etc.
• 7. When loading and unloading chucks and large tools and fixtures, the bed surface should be covered with wooden boards, and the two should work closely together.
• 8. When using a file to polish the workpiece, the body should leave the chuck. It is forbidden to polish the workpiece with abrasive cloth. It is not allowed to chamfer with a file when the inner hole of the car is used, and it is not allowed to extend the finger arm to polish when the inner hole is polished with emery cloth.
• 9. When processing eccentric workpieces, balance irons must be added, and they must be firm and firm, and the brakes should not be too strong.
• 10. When cutting large materials, there should be enough margin to prevent the material from falling and hurting. When the small material is cut, it is not allowed to be connected by hand.
• 11. After the machine tool is started, it must stand in a safe position to avoid the movement of the machine tool and the splash of iron filings. It is not allowed to remove iron filings by hand, special tools should be used.
• 12. It is not allowed to leave the work position when the machine tool is running. When leaving for some reason, the instrument network must be stopped and the power supply must be cut off.
