Different processing procedures require different types of tools, but they are all used to cut metal materials, so the tools of the machining center are generally metal cutting tools.

One-time clamping can complete drilling, milling, boring, expansion, reaming, rigid tapping and other processes. The working part of the tool is to generate and process chips. The daily maintenance of knives is not difficult, and it needs to be rust-proof and blunt-proof. In order to prevent passivation, the processing masters in the workshop regularly grind to repair the tool wear. The anti-rust work is a little more complicated. For the part of the CNC tool holder, you should use high-quality anti-rust oil; before doing anti-rust, pay attention to wipe the tool clean; keep it dry and clean the parts after processing; carbide blades do not need special Anti-rust treatment, pay attention to the timely storage of knives and be careful not to mix two or several blades together; special attention to the protection of the cutting edge of the drill or milling cutter, do not touch or fall on the ground.

In fact, it is very necessary to take regular time to inspect and clean the tool holder and spindle. Correct maintenance can increase the service life of the equipment and reduce the potential cost of production. Thereby creating a safe working environment and reducing the probability of accidents.
