Generally speaking, drilling with an eccentricity greater than 0.1MM is the normal range. If the position requires 0.08MM, it must be completed.First of all, you must confirm the aspect that caused the displacement.First, we consider the axis of the machining center. Use a dial gauge to measure the vibration when the spindle rotates. Generally, if it exceeds 0.02MM, the machining center is not suitable for finishing.
Secondly, consider the displacement of the drill clamp. Some drill chucks with drill bits also exceed this accuracy when turning. Then you must consider changing the perforated clamp. In some cases, a large amount of dust and debris accumulated in the shaft iron may cause excessive vibration in the space between the shaft and the mandrel perforation during rotation.
If there is no problem with the drill clamp, please consider the configuration. For example, the total length of the drill is 90mm and the depth, you need to drill for 70mm. There is only about 15MM in the chuck. A protruding drill bit that is too large can cause excessive vibration. Then consider changing the length of the longer bit to 110 mm to ensure that the main body has sufficient difficulty in this part.
Finally, if the above problems are not eliminated, the problem of the main shaft of the machining center is removed, piercing the mandrel, the length of the hole and the fastening method. This can only consider the issues of processing methods and the work itself.
According to the owner’s description, on the surface, there are not too many problems and treatment methods. The problem of alignment or verticality of the part itself is very small, which is very complicated.
For example, the accuracy of the positions of the two holes required in the figure is within the range of 0.08 mm, then the accuracy of the two holes cannot exceed 0.1 mm. If the graphic is marked, it means that the person you are drawing does not know how to deal with it. It belongs to the brand of brain injury.
Finally, return to the measurement, if the position accuracy of the two holes processed is 0.05mm, the accuracy of the hole itself is 0.1 tolerance. Take the 9 mm hole as an example. The hole 1 processed by the processor is 8.9 mm and the hole 2 is 9.1 mm. These two holes did not exceed the tolerance range. If the measurement is not aligned along the center of the hole, but depending on the orientation of the outermost part of the sheet, parallelism and vertical deviations, the measurement result at the time of measurement is absolutely inaccurate. The position tolerance of the two holes must exceed 0.05MM. However, if you pursue according to the center of the hole, because the accuracy of the hole is not 0.05, but the two holes are treated as two irregular circles of 8.9 and 9.1, you cannot find the center of the hole. The result is obvious! So let’s discuss the problem of drawing labels.
