Swiss type automatic lathe refers to the machining of mass production of high-precision cylindrical parts. Parts processed from Swiss lathes usually have very fine features, called fine features. Swiss lathes are similar to CNC lathes or CNC lathe centers, but only perform a small range of machining, but they are usually faster and more accurate than traditional CNC lathes.
