1. Environmental requirements for machining center location
The location of the machining center should be far away from the vibration source, the direct sunlight and heat radiation should be avoided, and the influence of humidity and airflow should be avoided. If there is a vibration source near the CNC machine tool, anti-vibration grooves should be set around the machining center. Otherwise, it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the CNC machine tool, and will cause poor contact of electronic components and malfunction, which will affect the reliability of the machining center.
2. Power requirements
Generally, the machining center is installed in the machining workshop. Not only does the environmental temperature change greatly and the use conditions are poor, but also various electromechanical equipments cause large fluctuations in the power grid. Therefore, the location of the installation of the machining center requires strict control of the power supply voltage. The power supply voltage fluctuation must be within the allowable range and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the CNC system of the machining center.
3. Temperature conditions
The ambient temperature of the CNC machining center is less than 30 degrees Celsius, and the relative temperature is less than 80%. Generally speaking, there are exhaust fans or coolers inside the CNC electric control box to keep the electronic components, especially the working temperature of the central processor is constant or the temperature difference changes little. Excessively high temperature and humidity will lead to a reduction in the life of control system components and an increase in failure. Increased temperature and humidity, increased dust will cause adhesion on the integrated circuit board, and cause short circuits.
4. Use the machining center according to the instructions
When using the machining center, the user is not allowed to change the parameters set by the manufacturer in the control system at will. The setting of these machining center parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machining center. Only the value of the gap compensation parameter can be adjusted according to the actual situation.
