The characteristics of hard rail vertical machining center
We talk less about hard rails, especially hard rail vertical machining centers. Is it difficult to use? actually not. So, what are the characteristics of the hard rail vertical machining center? With such a question, the editor of China CNC machine tool will summarize the characteristics of the hard rail vertical machining center for everyone. Hard rail means that the guide rail is directly machined on the machine bed, column and other fixed parts to make it integrated, and is connected to the work table or other moving parts through the sliding seat. The rigidity of the hard rail is better, the weight that can be carried is larger, and the ability to heavy cutting is also strong. Through direct transmission, the three axes are linked, the axial thrust is large, and the wide base and four-rail support structure are adopted. Therefore, the vertical machining center is suitable for large and medium-sized workpiece processing, especially mold processing.
How to maintain the characteristics of the hard rail vertical machining center (Figure 1)
The characteristics of hard rail vertical machining center
Casting castings using Mihanna materials have the characteristics of low damping and low friction coefficient.
The lubrication system lubricates each transmission component to reduce frictional resistance and increase the use time of the machine tool;
Equipped with a dedicated chip removal machine for system chip removal;
The cooling system and oil cooler cool the machining cutting and the main shaft, with high cooling efficiency;
Can be equipped with a tool magazine to implement automatic tool change, saving the time of tool change process;
The fourth axis and the rotary table can realize horizontal/(fourth axis/) movement, and can process complex workpieces.
How to maintain the machining center of the hard rail vertical machining center
- 1. Appearance maintenance: keep the internal and external surfaces of the machine tool clean. It mainly removes iron filings, oil stains and other debris from the machine table, working table and three-axis telescopic shield.
- 2. Maintenance of cooling water tank: Check the liquid level regularly, add cooling liquid (or water) in time, and replace it regularly.
- 3. Tool magazine maintenance: keep it clean and place the tools neatly. Before operation, check whether the tool magazine is running normally, whether there is any messy knife, and the knife is missing. The tool holder screw should be free of loose hairs.
- 4. Maintenance of electrical cabinets: check whether each cooling fan is working properly, and clean the dust and debris on the fan and filter screen in time.
- 5. Air source maintenance: check whether the pressure of the pneumatic control system is normal, whether there is air leakage, and keep the pipeline smooth;
- 6. Maintenance of lubricating oil: check whether the oil quantity and operation of the cooling oil tank of the spindle oil are normal, and add cooling oil in time; check the oil quantity of the lubricating oil tank of the guide rail. If the oil quantity is insufficient, add lubricating oil in time.
- 7. Maintenance of hydraulic oil: Check whether the hydraulic pump of the oil tank is abnormal, whether the height of the working oil surface is normal, add hydraulic oil in time, whether there is leakage in the pipeline and each joint, and whether the pressure of the pressure gauge is normal.
- 8. Maintenance of peripheral sites: daily cleaning of iron filings and debris around the equipment to keep the surrounding site tidy and the workpieces placed neatly.
- 9. If necessary, you can do machine tool damage assessment to fully understand the machine tool situation.
