Operating procedures:

• 1. The operator should be familiar with and master the performance and characteristics of the machine of the gantry machining center. To ensure that the emergency stop switch can quickly and effectively play a role when an emergency occurs, to avoid injury accidents.
• 2. Wear labor protection articles as required, and gloves are strictly prohibited.
• 3. When the device is working, do not touch the electronic switch with wet hands to avoid electric shock. Do not touch any moving parts with your hands.
• 4. Do not place tools or non-machined workpieces on the gantry machining center or moving objects.
• 5. The computer table or work table next to the machine must be sturdy and must not be placed on moving parts.
• 6. When loading and unloading the workpiece, stop the machine and pay attention to the proper distance between the workpiece and the tool. During the operation of the machine, please do not open the front door and the left and right covers to avoid personal injury.
• 7. After the tool setting is completed, please try running with DRYRUN to make sure the program is correct.
• 8. When the power is turned off or shut down after an emergency stop, the three axes should be restored to the original position.
• 9. Do not remove the related parts of the travel switch or any protection switch without authorization.
• 10. Before leaving the machine after finishing work, the control power switch of the operation panel and the main switch of the electrical box should be turned off.
