- Weighing rule: The product made of pure ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has a specific gravity between 0.93-0.95 and a low density, which can float on the water. If it is not pure polyethylene material, it will sink to the bottom.
- Temperature measurement: Pure UHMWPE products will not melt or deform at 200 degrees Celsius, but will become soft. If it is not pure ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material will be deformed at 200 degrees Celsius.
- Visual method: The surface of the real UHMWPE is smooth, uniform, smooth and the density of the cut surface is very uniform. If it is not pure polyethylene, the color is dull and the density is uneven.
- Edge test method: pure ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene flanging end face is round, uniform and smooth. If it is not pure polyethylene material, the end face of the flanging is cracked, and the slag phenomenon will appear when flanging after heating.
