Maintenance and inspection methods for machine tool maintenance

  • 6. Clean the arms and tools of the tool magazine, especially the claws.

  • 8. Removal of cutting and oil stains on the table, machine tool, and three-axis telescopic shield.
  • 9. Check all signal lights, whether the warning lights are normal.
  • 10. Check the hydraulic unit tube for leaks.
  • 11. Clean and sweep the machine after the daily work is completed.
  • 12. Keep the environment around the machine clean and tidy.
