In any grooving machining, the model design and technical conditions of the machining center are also basic elements that need to be considered. The main performance requirements of the machining center include: with sufficient machining power, a high-speed spindle can ensure that the tool runs in the correct speed range, and no speed drop or jitter; it has high enough rigidity to complete the required The cutting process will not cause chattering to cause damage to the surface finish of the workpiece; it has a sufficiently high coolant pressure and flow rate to help the function design of the spindle center of the chip removal machining center to meet this machining requirement.

Because the disadvantage of non-blade forming tools is that if one of the teeth breaks or wears faster than the others, the entire tool must be replaced, which greatly reduces the machining efficiency and affects the machining accuracy. The forming tool can cut out all or most of the groove shape through one grooving machining, which can free up the tool position and shorten the machining cycle time.

In fact, it is not difficult for the grooving machining to design and process the program. The complicated part is the irregular shape of the workpiece and the continuous debugging.
